The Nestle Nutrition team has developed a quick and easy tool to help you see if you are at risk for malnutrition.

The tool is called the self-MNA. MNA stands for Mini Nutritional Assessment. Malnutrition is common in older adults and many older adults do not know they are at risk. Use this simple tool to see if you are or are at risk for malnutrition. The tool consists of six easy questions about recent weight loss and recent food intake. Please be sure to share your results with your doctor or health professional to help you find ways to improve your eating and overall health.
