UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans
Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare.

 

UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Special Needs plans
Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and a contract with the State Medicaid Program. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare.

 

UnitedHealthcare Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP) plan
UnitedHealthcare Senior Care Options is a Coordinated Care plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Medicaid program. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare. This plan is a voluntary program that is available to anyone 65 and older who qualifies for MassHealth Standard and Original Medicare and does not have any other comprehensive health insurance, except Medicare. If you have MassHealth Standard, but you do not qualify for Original Medicare, you may still be eligible to enroll in our MassHealth Senior Care Option plan and receive all of your MassHealth benefits through our Senior Care Option program

 

AARP Medicare Advantage plans
Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare. UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company pays royalty fees to AARP for the use of its intellectual property. These fees are used for the general purposes of AARP. AARP and its affiliates are not insurers. You do not need to be an AARP member to enroll in a Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug plan. AARP encourages you to consider your needs when selecting products and does not make specific product recommendations for individuals.

 

AARP Medicare Advantage Walgreens plan
Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare. UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company pays royalty fees to AARP for the use of its intellectual property. These fees are used for the general purposes of AARP. AARP and its affiliates are not insurers. You do not need to be an AARP member to enroll in a Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug plan. AARP encourages you to consider your needs when selecting products and does not make specific product or pharmacy recommendations for individuals. UnitedHealthcare contracts directly with Walgreens for this plan; AARP and its affiliates are not parties to that contractual relationship.

 

UnitedHealthcare The Villages® Medicare Advantage plans
UnitedHealthcare The Villages Medicare Advantage plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies (UnitedHealthcare), a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare. UnitedHealthcare pays royalty fees to Holding Company of The Villages, Inc. (The Villages) for the use of its intellectual property. The Villages and its affiliates are not insurers. You do not need to reside in The Villages to enroll. The Villages encourages you to consider your needs when selecting products and does not make specific product recommendations for individuals.

There are an extremely limited number of preferred cost share pharmacies in suburban MT. AARP Medicare Rx Saver from UHC (PDP)’s pharmacy network includes limited lower-cost pharmacies in rural AK. AARP Medicare Rx Basic from UHC (PDP)’s pharmacy network includes limited lower-cost pharmacies in rural MT, NE, ND, SD and WY. There are an extremely limited number of preferred cost share pharmacies in suburban MT. AARP Medicare Rx Walgreens from UHC (PDP)’s pharmacy network includes limited lower-cost pharmacies in urban ND; suburban HI, ND, PA, and rural AK, AR, HI, IA, KS, MN, MS, MT, NE, OK, PA, SD and WY. There are an extremely limited number of preferred cost share pharmacies in suburban MT and rural ND. Optum® Home Delivery Pharmacy and Optum Rx are affiliates of UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company. You are not required to use Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy for a 90-/100-day supply of your maintenance medication.
