Did you know that Depression is almost as common
as the flu?

Nearly 19 million adults in the U.S. suffer from depression every year. People most at risk for depression include those with long-term medical conditions. The key is to identify that you are depressed, and work with your doctor to treat it. The PHQ-9 is a check list of questions that you can answer to find out if you have any symptoms of depression.
